       Although many OEMs have put digital transformation into practice and achieve partial digitalization goals, but they can barely realize digital transformation entirety. Nowadays, lots of outsiders, featured with quick responses and flexible operating ability, are emerging suddenly from high-tech industries especially. Relatively speaking, they are the distributors of the whole market status in quo. They are facing to customers directly through theirs products & services in order to get information and eventually intrude into automotive industry from various areasof the value chain. Therefore, OEMs should speed up the pace to improve digital capability as soon as possible.       

       Compared with US and European OEMs, Asian car manufactures are still in the early stages of digital transformation.The trend of digital transformation has profoundlyeffect on transportation.Technological innovations are making mobility easier, safer and more convenient.Through digital transformation means, enterprises can fully understand customers’ current and future demands of automotive.In the process of digital transformation in whole industry chain, better understanding customers’ demands from both marketing and sales perspective and by providing better customized services or goods, then enterprises can step into the next process --- R&D.
